"Desk people were very nice considering how many rooms have been booked and paid for (to OYO). They happily took my money, knowing there were no rooms available. The closest I got to staying there was the hour or so I spent at the front desk, while management tried to find me a room elsewhere. I'm hoping Expedia can arrange a refund. "
