"This appears to be a renovated property and the room was great. Comfortable bed, good linens, quiet and great A/C unit. Refrigerator was nice and large and not like many motels that are barely cool, this one kept the drinks nice and cold. Room was clean. Elevator was older but always worked. Lobby area was always clean and fresh. Other reviews had indictaed the breakfast was lacking, but we found it to be fine for the price of the motel. There were enough options to get a bite before starting the day."

"We never would have stayed here if we had known that this property was under construction. We were unable to use the front door with the roof coverage even though it was raining. We were told that there was no elevator and we would have to take our luggage up the stairs. This was not true, but there was only one elevator for many guests. No ice on our floor I had to check 2 floors before I could find ice. There was no one at the desk at check out time. The construction work was dusty and VERY LOUD. I wanted a discount for a sub satisfactory stay-but no one was there"

"I reserved a room for our grandson and his family through Expedia. However, after reading client reviews and 40 hours before the scheduled reservation, in counsel with our son and his wife, I requested a full refund of the $240.98 (3 nights lodging) due to the information obtained from the website indicating moldy conditions, bedbugs, filth, and general health endangering conditions for our grandchildren and great-granddaughters. The charges were processed through Expedia.com and the request was said by them to have been denied by the Quality Inn facility even though it was made in adequate time for them to rent the room out to other patrons. I regret making the reservation at the Quality Inn because of their insensitive response to our timely request and due to the legitimate concerns which prompted our request. Also, I regret the use of Expedia.com for their ineffective interaction with the motel for the money they charged my credit card. Expedia.com offered a measly credit of $25 for a future stay in compensation for the loss of $240.98. I will never use their services again!!!"
