"On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!"

"Very professional & kind staff, helped me via text to find parking and communicated well about check in. Modern, well appointed room overlooking the National Theater. Easy walk to several restaurants and sights. Parking was in the "Delta" public lot about one city block away. There are a couple flights of stairs to get up to the hotel, but well lit and safe. "

"Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. "
