「Location to the Pine Creek Run Trail was 20 mins away. Only draw back was that our room a/c struggled to keep the room cool. We didn’t make it a big deal since it was a one night stay. 」

「Overall the property was nice and clean with a wonderful view with the property overlooking the waterway and golf course directly across. Nice rustic decor with all the comforts of home away from home. The only area I would improve would be the cleanliness and upkeep of the upstairs patio. It is spring and of course you will have tree debris but there were more than expected insect webs along the railing that appeared to have been there for some time. 「The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.」

「Great place to stay, clean , comfortable king size bed, hot water, heat worked great, fire ring was awesome-great views of the creek and hills. Neighbors were super friendly. Check out time could be a bit later!」

「We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!」

「We stayed 35 minutes from Penn State for the state basketball tournament. The facility held our basketball teams and fathers perfectly. The house is fantastic.」
