「The lady who checked us in was PHENOMENAL! make sure you keep her. She does an amazing job. I ended up spending at least an hour sitting in the lobby journaling at a table and watched her handling questions, many guests and the needs people had for her to run and help them. She was amazing, kind, engaging, and so on top of everything. We would have LOVED a hot tub with that pool :) Room was great and breakfast was good. We left happy. 」

Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me.
Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology.
They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...
