「I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be...

「THIS WAS A NICE PLACE, JUST NEEDS SOME MAINTENCE WORK, AND CLEANING. POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. THE RESTAURANT AND STAFF WERE GREAT, FOOD WAS AMAZING. IT WOULDNT TAKE MUCH TO GET THIS TO A 4-5 STAR HOTEL, WITH A GOOD CLEANING AND UPDATING」
