We found private pick up service was a racket because the driver doesn’t wait and showed up early. The hotel was rude and scolded us about not calling the hotel . Checking in was not a welcome experience. Other guests told us the driver didn’t wait for them either."

"Room was not clean, ants and snails everywhere. No bat mat, no bathroom tissues. Check in was not easy, staffs are always busy on their phones. We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"
