"Es un excelente lugar, a principio no lo parece pero realmente es bueno, limpio y cumplió con nuestro propósito. Nos volveríamos a quedar allí sin pensarlo dos veces. "

"False Advertisement. Upon arrival, door lock broken, main door frame is open around the door, all bugs and mosquitoes come in, kitchen window screen broken, house full of mosquitoes, no hot water on main bathroom plus it was leaking water, soaked floor, laundry machines locked up in storage outside, it’s only for use of staff while it states house has laundry, 3 bdrm did not have blankets, pillow case missing, no hangers, closets, or hooks to hang up towels or wet clothing. No cabinets to place groceries, only two small drawers that only fit condiments size, no toaster which states it has one & it advertised hot tub jacuzzi which was not hot, it was a hydromassage jacuzzi, host changed after reporting false advertising. I spoke to host, he sent staff next day to bring blankets, pillow case and sent a plumber who fixed leak, but left without fixing hot water issue. Pics of loose door were taken and sent to owner. Did not fix issue. Third day, A/C on one bdrm stopped working and was leaking water, owner said he was sending someone, waited 3 hrs and no one showed up/called. Next day, administrator came to question issues, stood with a cell phone video recording conversation without permission and was very condescending instead of being apologetic for so many issues. We asked for a screw driver and stated we would fix the door lock, administrator said it wasn’t like that and walked away. I said I would report all the issues to VRBO so they emptied jacuzzi early next morning. "

"The place/setting is incredible. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. The pictures will never reflect the real beauty of the setting. The hotel itself has a positive ambiance of relaxation and peace. The pool area is also beautiful (I would only recommend adding heating to the water). The staff is very kind and welcoming. If you add breakfast to your reservation, the staff can bring you the breakfast outside you cabin. If you choose to have diner in the evening is also very peaceful and you will be receive good attention. The bathroom needs some updates, but I definitely recommend the place. The hotel includes a Ceiba (tree) trail that reflects the beauty of the mountains and nature. You can visit the river within a walking distance."
