「Expedia had sent the motel my Email screen name instead of my actual name which I was not aware of though I had written my name in Expedia process. When I arrived the managers said that I was not registered. I showed them my confermation from Expedia which had both confirmation number and screen name which would quickly resolve this misunderstanding as they could have checked either which was on the motel's list. They did not. They said the only resolution was to cancel Expedia and pay higher...
