"Great stay for a weekend hiking getaway with friends! The house was clean and nicely renovated. The beds were comfortable and the AC in all the upstairs bedrooms were great for cooling the house. The free snacks and coffee were a delightful surprise! There was easy car access to the main entrance to Acadia. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the evenings at the fire pit. It’s definitely a go-to place for our group the next time we are at Acadia!"

"The overall space is definitely rustic. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast we had was tasty. Lots of parking for the most part, except at dinner time when the restaurant is open. The one issue we had was we stayed in the carriage house. Which you cannot lock the main door too which is fine if the front desk tells you that. Unfortunately they didn’t tell us and we were locked out for about 30m till we figured out a way into the space. There is no night staff at all so you are on your own if...

"The location was amazing and the house was perfect! The property has everything you could need...EVERYTHING. We explored so many great spots all over Acadia/Bar Harbor/ and all the other Harbors! Centrally located, we traveled only 20ish minutes tops! The best part of the stay was our morning swims in the sun. The dock is stones throw from the deck.
