"It seemed perfect!"

"This is hands down the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in. My daughter and I stayed here for three nights on a girl's trip. The hotel was clean, beds super comfy, staff was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, with many options. The happy hour was completely and amazingly unexpected. The food served was our dinner every night! Awesome variety, something new every night, and always had options that were kid friendly. There was popcorn and a pop machine for unlimited refills AND a drink card for me to have 3 free drinks each night during the happy hour times. Dining area was large and clean. I just can't say enough about how delightful our stay was. Thank you to everyone at the Drury Inn! We will be back! "

"When we first got there they told us that the pool was closed, I only booked this hotel because it had a pool otherwise I would have stayed somewhere nicer. We looked past that and went to the room but when we got there the bed was unmade and there was stuff all on the ground like it had not been vacuumed. There were also yellow (looked like cheese sauce) on the blanket. After going downstairs the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at my wife and said she would give us a new room, the lady then got smart with my wife and asked if we wanted her to go check it first, but at a hotel the room should be clean and ready for the next guest. While the lady at the front desk was upstairs the laundry person kept walking past and getting smart with my wife and we asked for a manager at that point but she stated there was not one there. We did end up staying because it was late and we were tired after driving but we will never stay here again. I’d much rather sleep in my car than sleep here. Don’t even get me started on the smoke detector having tape sealing it off. "

"The bathroom had multiple broken safety rails, curtain rod fir shower, pee down front of toilet with debris stuck on it, hair on floor and walls in bathroom, asked to have it cleanedthey still left pee on the toilet. In a 2 night stay both nights children running screaming in halls and stairwells till 3am. Pot smoking in a room on our floor extensively. Fighting with staff involvement outside our room at 930pm, yelling and screaming from that as well stuck in our room for safety!"
