「2泊分の料金を払っているのにチェックインさせてもらえず、予約の画面を見せても何を言っても一方的に逆ギレされた。長いこと話をし、結局ホテル側の共有不足だったのか部屋に入れてもらえたが謝罪もなし。最悪な対応。せめて謝れよ。」

「The home was very clean and was exactly as pictured. This was a perfect place for our family of 10 with plenty of space and bathrooms. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and attractions. 」

「We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. 」

「Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.」

「Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.」

The key pick up location is a 10 minute walk so pick up the keys before you arrive at the property. No laundry detergent nor shampoo is provided.」
