Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 4-star single-storey, air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Trélou-sur-Marne. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two separate WCs

The bedrooms are accessed by a few steps:
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be separated and a bathroom with shower.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Private swimming pool (size: 7 x 3.50 m), heated and covered, open from 9am to 9pm, from 15 May to 15 September (dates not guaranteed)

- Access to the accommodation and swimming pool is strictly reserved for the occupants of the rental property. Outsiders are not permitted.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
