「Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. 「The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. 「A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! 「We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

「Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too.」
