Well equipped apartment with amazing sea view

This apartment was clean, attractive and was well equipped. Despite the cold April weather the flat was warm (although electricity is an additional cost as stated). The view from the room and balcony is directly over the beach with it’s pink granite boulders - amazing in all weathers. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has its own alllocated place on the car park which is very useful. Location: Coastal walk straight from apartment. Very nice restaurant very close by. Easy walk to the small town with mini supermarket, patisseries etc. Had a wonderful week and would like to return sometime.

La Baie de Tregastel est de toute beauté, et sans algues vertes. Avec un fort coefficient de marée et une pente assez conséquente, on peut se baigner aussi bien par marée basse que marée haute. Le seul problème est que la terrasse de l'appartement est à l'ombre une bonne partie du temps. Ceci peut être compensé par un séjour prolongé sur la plage. Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas d'intimité possible, puisque les séparations entre appartements sont transparentes. L'arrivée à l'appartement par un long couloir, un mini escalier..., deux portes anti-feu est un peu compliqué...les commerces ne sont pas à proximité "à pied" sauf pour des personnes en pleine forme. Il n'y a pas de commerces immédiats à part l'hôtel en contre bas... il n'y a pas de promenade le long de la mer... et pas d'éclairage sur la plage... donc c'est superbe mais... il faut une voiture, dans tous les cas... et de bonnes jambes. La plage est sublime. L'appartement un peu vieillot, pas très fonctionnel... mais une agréable expérience tout de même.

Wunderschöne, stilvolle Wohnung für 2 Personen mit traumhaftem Meerblick auf die Granitfelsen der Côte de Granit Rose. Die Fotos sind alle auf dem Balkon entstanden. Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, WC und Dusche als getrennte Räume, WLAN-Empfang sehr gut. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgt sehr freundlich mit Hinterlegung einer Kaution auf Französisch und die Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Bettwäsche und Reinigung) werden bei der Abreise in bar abgerechnet, was wir bei deutschen Ferienwohnungen in dieser Form noch nicht kannten, was uns aber nicht störte.Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Bucht die schönste aller Buchten an Côte de Granit Rose, die Infrastruktur in Trégastel ist mit Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Tanken, Gastronomie und einem großen Markt montags mehr als ausreichend.Uns hat besonders der Unterschied von Ebbe und Flut von teilweise mehr als 8 Metern beeindruckt, der die Landschaft immer wieder neu und faszinierend verändert. Anders als in anderen Buchten ist es hier aber durchgängig möglich zu schwimmen oder mit SUP aufs Wasser zu gehen.Die Temperaturen lagen bei unserem Aufenthalt im August nachts wie tagsüber ziemlich konstant bei ca. 20 Grad mit leichtem bis frischem Wind, der Balkon liegt von 12-16 Uhr im Sommer im Schatten, aber der Strand mit Sonne liegt ja direkt vor der Tür :-)Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique.

Situé dans une station balnéaire familiale et à échelle humaine cet appartement nous a séduit par sa vue magnifique appréciable aussi bien de la terrasse que de l'intérieur. Il est confortable et bien équipé. La résidence est plutôt calme. On recommande vivement. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.
