"Communication was excellent, check in instructions were clear. When we first walked in we were impressed by the cleanliness, modern features, spaciousness, and view to the lake ALL in the first step into the condo. Another important feature that doesn’t get mentioned often is the comfort of the beds so I want to let people who are considering this property know that the beds are really comfortable.
The location is central to everything in town, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Other attractions like Sleeping Bear Dune, wineries, and Fishtown are a pleasant and scenic drive.
I was never concerned with security. There are different codes to get into the building and your room. I would suggest taking a screenshot of them in case you forget them.
There is a coffee maker and they did supply pods of various coffee blends. If you have your favorite you can bring your own pods. The kitchen is equipped if you wish to grocery shop and prepare your own breakfast or dinners.
Overall, Kasa 539 was such a wonderful experience that my wife and I have already decided to book this place again when we come back. I highly recommend this for your family too. "
"This was our family's 2nd time staying in a property in this complex and it's in a great location, great layout, lots of wonderful amenities! The rooftop view is just amazing! We did have a slight hiccup with the additional parking spot- a guest at another property was given the same spot as us so we almost had a vehicle get towed but otherwise, the stay was wonderful! The host responded very quickly to messages and any issues we had. We would absolutely stay again!"
