"I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!"

"Amazing space! Warm, welcoming, wonderful! All the amenities ( well stocked kitchen, lovely living room, comfortable king size bed. Start with all the things you would need for the apartment.! Controlled heating. I love the caramel popcorn as a sweet gift. The others go out of their way they make you feel welcome and taking care of; easy to communicate with them. Well maintained pathways during the snow storm what’s up a necessity and a blessing! Thank you. Look forward to you reserving this space again when we come back to visit Traverse City.
