Beautiful view from the room the beach was very nice The traffic was a little loud in the room could use a better front door. But overall, the location was great. The view was beautiful. The amenities in the room were very nice.

Great location and nice condo. Only issue was sliding glass door didn’t lock and vertical blinds were missing several slats. Notified property manager and they replaced blinds same day but did not address the lock. Only other suggestion is to bring extra wash clothes as they only provide 2 for a three night stay.

Nice condo, decent property, feels a little old overall. View of water/bay is nice. Keurig and a few K cups included, along with very basic other things, but not stocked at all with anything else (no salt/pepper, oil to cook with, etc.) 8f you are picky about coffee, only Folgers and a few flavored K cups are provided (not a huge deal, but byo K cups if you like different or your party drinks more than one cup/day). Unit was clean and nice. Minimal needs/requirements upon leaving which was convenient. Overall good experience with unit.

Undergoing new management

We arrived about 4:30pm since check in was at 4:00pm. The code worked and we entered the room. Cleaning supplies were in the room, but it was not cleaned from the previous stay including trash and linens.I immediately texted the property manager based on the check in information and left assuming that the cleaning person was running behind. About 20 minutes later, a text was received from the contact stating they no longer managed the property and would pass me to the new property manager, whom I immediately reached out to. No response was given until 9:17pm. They admitted to the error and offered to have the space cleaned, but the cleaner lived 30 minutes away and stated it would be more like 10:30pm before it would be cleaned. I decided to cancel. The next day, they refunded their portion of my money. I had to reach out to vrbo for the remainder. In their defense, the property manager tried to make it right, but the lack of a quick response was disappointing. The room looked nice and matched the listing photos.

Bay views are the best views

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Sadly it was rainy, cloudy and cool. The unit was dry and comfortable. The view was still so pretty!

Hotal website gave wrong info on wifi password. A hot tub would be a great addition. A shower near pool would reduce the amount of sand in it.

BUGS BUGS BUGS GALORE! The room is covered in BUGS!

We stepped into the property & we were immediately met w loads of dead & alive bugs. Owner would not do a thing for us besides refund, STILL WAITING, our housekeeping pee. There were bugs all over doors, windows, and floors. Dead bugs were in the shower. Very gross! This BY FAR outweighed the location & room. We were told the last renter must have left the door open. Well, clearly bugs are a HUGE problem there because there was a "bug catcher" filled w tons of bugs. I have a lot of pictures, too, but, not sure there is a place to post those. Extremely disappointed!

Great place, great view, great location!

Easy check in and check out, great communication, and fantastic little spot right on the water! We enjoyed how close it was to downtown Traverse City, as well as easy proximity to other locations. Nice beachfront, shallow water. Perfect spot for a quick we can get away for a couple.

Our anniversary getaway

Overall this is a great property. Loved the location on the bay and the view. The private beach is a plus. There were some minor housekeeping issues but the property manager was very responsive when they were brought to her attention.

Enjoyable

Overall the room was great. Stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed it. Everything was great except for the little flies stuck to the upper borders in the bathroom and the shower. My wife was totally grossed out at the sight. It appears that they were not addressed by the cleaning staff. I have a few pictures that I took if you need them.
