Enjoy this stylish experience that is centrally-located 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City! Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, this cozy condo is perfect for friends and family to come enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer.



The Space:

This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.





In the living room you will find a cozy full sized pullout couch along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

booked last minute. quick communication from the Host. easy access to bike bath and minutes from the beaches and downtown area. Two bedrooms with each having access to a seperate bathroom. Definitely would stay again.

Was looking for a clean room and pet friendly. This was it a nice clean place and close to a major trail leading through Traverse City. Nice place to get out and walk the dog.

The condo is in a great location. Loved the first floor as well. The only items missing in my opinion would be more hooks in the bathroom near the shower for towels but that is so minor. Everything was perfect really!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable with the security and surroundings. The apartment was comfortably furnished. This may differ depending on who is in the other units at the time, but the unit above us made noises after midnight for an hour or more each night.

Wine Tasting Weekend

We loved the property. It was in a great location in Traverse City. This is our second time at the same property and was just as clean and consistent as the first time. We will definitely book here again.

Amazing stay!

The apartment was so nice and so clean! It was always to get into and there was plenty of space for the whole family! It is very well maintained and kept. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room! If visiting Traverse City again, we will definitely re-book this location!

Comfortable and convenient!

Comparable hotels were almost double the price the weekend we stayed. This condo was clean, well appointed, and spacious for a family of 4 for the weekend. Communication with the manager was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Great Value in TC near Tart Trail

Condo was clean and in a great location. The Keurig and pods supplied were appreciated. There was only one sharp knife in the kitchen. Mattresses are soft but comfortable. There was noise from the condo above, sounded like young kids running around.

Great place! Minor complaints: The sleeper sofa is uncomfortable - but there's an air bed that's good for the extra person. The microwave didn't work - maybe just a flipped switch at the breaker box? Quiet, convenient location, easy checkout. I would gladly stay there again.

Great place

This condo is in a perfect location, near downtown and within walking distance to all of the sites we wanted to see. It had plenty of room for the 3 of us and being able to cook our own breakfast was a plus. The beds were a little soft but we are just used to a firmer mattress. The only thing we would change is safety rails in the showers to avoid any falls. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Traverse-city.

Perfect for our needs

We were on a two day fishing trip and just needed a place to sleep. The condo was well furnished, clean, and had all the various supplies provided for us. Beds were comfortable , kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. I emailed with Riley a couple times with questions and she was always responsive and positive. 5 star experience!

Nice vacation place.

Our stay at this condo was very good. The condo was clean and the location was excellent. The walking trail behind the building and being on the 1st floor was great since we had our dog with us. The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was stomping on the floor and moving something around making a lot of noise. We’ve stay at other places before on the lower level and realize that that can happen in that situation, but it seemed more excessive than usual. We would stay there again if we visit the area.

Birthday Getaway

Traveled to TC for my mom’s 60th birthday. This unit was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the ground level entry was convenient for unloading our cars. Check in and check out was super smooth as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway. We were only a 2 minute drive to all things we wanted to do downtown. There is a train track right next to the unit, but you could hardly hear it pass and it only passed once when we were there.

Overall the property was good. Bedrooms were excellent & there were plenty of towels. There were a couple issues that were corrected regarding missing glasses, cups & utensils. The patio door vertical blinds need to be repaired. The inside of the microwave was dirty from splattered food. Condo location was good. The TART trail ran along the side of the parking lot & the Filling Station Pub & Pizza was a 10-12 minute walk.

Nice stay away from home

Had a nice stay at this rental. Would have liked to have had more blankets as there was only a thin one on each bed. Also, the sleeper sofa is uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in your back. The rental is in a very nice location, and overall a good rental that I would rent again. A couple of things to know before you go: there is a Keurig coffee maker, but no Keurig pods so be sure to take or plan to buy some. Also, there is not a spatula for things that require flipping so bring a spatula along. Other than that, recommend bringing blankets as talked about previously.
