The house was great and the location and access to the lake was excellent. We had 3 families at the house with 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-15 years old. The house came equipped with life vests, paddle boards, and other lawn games. We also rented the pontoon boat, which was wonderful for exploring the lake. The management company was easy to communicate with. We had a few minor issues and they responded quickly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the size and layout worked well.

Summer Vacay

This was a great property! Was perfect for family of 8 adults and 6 children. Very clean in and around the house. Took advantage of the boat rental which was a lot of fun as well. Highly recommend this house and the lake front area.

Great Location on Silver Lake

This is an excellent location and property. Found a few areas that could stand improvement though... Home was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and had to call cleaners back in to finish. Beds got a C+ rating from some of our guests- not comfortable. Storage area for water toys and boards was in complete disarray. Could be better organized and cleaned up. Otherwise, a great time was had by all and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location.

Great famiky vaca

This property was spectacular, especially with the addition of the boat. Beautiful Location. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook whatever we chose, everything the children needed to play happily, and everything we needed to enjoy the lake. The property managers were wonderful and totally responsive. We enjoyed our family time so much here.

Great family vacation home

We had a fantastic stay. Visiting from Atlanta with small children and the home was amazingly stocked with beach toys, books and kitchenware. Neighborhood was quiet. Sandy beach area was perfect for our kids. Home was well styled, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Looking forward to our next visit.

Silver Lake stay

We really enjoyed the living room with the fireplace that was open to the kitchen/dining space. It is a beautiful house with lots of space for our family of 13 to spread out. The view was great, too. The sleeping spaces were nicely spread out to account for different sleeping schedules. Would love to gather our children and grandchildren there again to celebrate our Christmas

Great Lake, Great Location

Our entire extended family stayed a week in August. We had 7 kids and 8 adults. They layout is great, two large bedrooms downstairs, two more on the main level, and a big room upstairs for all the kids. Great open kitchen and living room on main level, great movie and bar area downstairs, and a really night sun porch, deck, and fire pit area. The lake is truly one of the best, not too big, not too small, crystal clear and clean. We had a wonderful time swimming, tubing, and fishing. Caught a HUGE bass but he slipped off right at the boat. Location is amazing, easy 10-15 mins to Traverse downtown, 3 mins to the pit spitters baseball stadium, close to moomers, and only about 30 mins to sleeping bear dunes. A ton of great memories made.

Large family gathering

We are family of 16 and stayed on Brakel Point July 16th to the 23rd. The home was very clean and the amenities were very good. Had some issues with the boat that we rented for 3 days. Had to have it towed. Didn't feel as though we got our money's worth for the 3rd day. In all we enjoyed our stay. Management company easy to work with. Had to call them about the boat and air conditioner.

Silver Lake summer vacation June 2022

The property is located on Brakel Point . It was the week prior to 4th of July and thus very calm and quite on the lake. The house had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals with a very accommodating kitchen and open room. We had 14 people and most slept comfortably. We rented the pontoon as well which was a great addition for the convenance. The boat had a small idling issue and they rectified it promptly . This was our first time on this lake and also with Bayshore Vacations management. Overall a excellent stay and we will likely return

Excellent views on the water with an opportunity to rent their boat. paddleboards etc were available. Easily sleeps a large group with enough Kitchen and space for all. great summer holiday spot. If you are looking to go into Traverse city to eat and drink its a bit of a trek and taxis were not readily available and expensive. Ideally you don't have to leave the property as everything right there

Close to Turtle Creek Stadium for the concert. Nice layout at the house.
