Summary:
This is a newly renovated bungalow that has gorgeous views of West Bay and conveniently located 3 miles from downtown TC and public beaches. You can also find local water-side restaurants 1 mile away! There’s ample parking on the premises, a huge tree-lined backyard w a BBQ and lots of seating. The house comes equipped with all you need to stay in and is conveniently located for the days you want to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

The Space:
This retro bungalow has been recently transformed to maintain it’s fun 50s mid-century charm with touches of modern elegance and peaceful Boho vibes added throughout. We created an open floor plan that lets natural light pour in while maximizing the gorgeous tree-lined views from the backyard and serene water views from the front. We’ve added reading nooks throughout the space for the days you want to stay in. The gorgeous kitchen has been completely renovated with all new appliances including a chef’s range oven that will make you want to eat every meal in this vacation dream home.

Getting Around:
Travel Advisory: Local Road Construction
Please note that there is ongoing road construction on Grandview Parkway between Division Street and Cherry Bend Road, which may result in slightly longer travel times to and from downtown Traverse City from your location. This construction does not affect access to the home directly and will not impact your stay at the property. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel during your visit, or seeking an alternative route in Google Maps.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Updated with retro feel

The house was lovely. One of the nicest we've stayed at in TC. Since I had hip surgery a few months ago, the ranch style of the house was what I needed to get around easily. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Updated kitchen with an awesome gas stove. Cute retro (but modern) styled refrigerator, but its more an apartment size rather than full size. Ror 2 people it was just right. The home is close enough to drive easily into TC but far enough away to be peaceful. Property managers were just a text away and were VERY responsive.
