Best place on the block

Awesome stay, newly built hotel. Well maintained swimming pool. Very friendly staff accommodating, lovely breakfast buffet. Spacious bathroom and bedrooms, nice evening lounge.

Nice place, very clean with nice amenities

This is a new hotel that is very clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked the stay through Hotels.com and there appears to be a billing issue between them and the hotel. I expect that's a communications issue. I expect to have it worked out tomorrow.

The property is a good value. The bathroom Could have been cleaner, and we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and 3 towels for four people staying two nights. The breakfast section was great. Plenty to choose from. Overall I would stay again.

Great place for the price. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We didn’t really utilize the breakfast but it was nice just to grab a banana or a cup of coffee. The egg bites were just as good as what you’d get at Starbucks. There was also an employee, Lisa, who was always cleaning the lobby, and paying so much attention to small details. We didn’t hear any loud noises even though our room was near an elevator. Any staff we ran across were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are very small. The decor is sterile and gray. There is a big tv but a tiny desk. So working in your room is a little cramped. While the breakfast is free, it’s not very good. The hot foods were all cold. The coffee machine make fresh coffee but they are very slow so there is line waiting to make their cup. It was my first time at this property, I will likely never stay at another one.

The quality of build of the building - fit and finish was subpar. Whoever the general contractor should come back and fix it. Loose faucet / trim work installation was horrible / tile work Quality to finish detail sloppy .. The room was nice - the deco is a cross between ikea and hospital decor ! Just odd but functional … We were in and out. Like the coffee and location. Just an interesting design overall !
