Bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival; after a long travel day it was pretty disgusting. Front desk was kind and helpful and jumped to clean it. Breakfast, pool, and hot tub were nice to have. Could’ve used a bit more of an update to all mentioned but there’s not much to fuss over when it did what we needed it to do - provide a place to stay close to Traverse city for a brief few nights.

Last minute looking for a place to stay. We enjoyed the property and was able to book a 2nd night. Room was extra large, garden tub with shower was cool. Hot tub and pool were great. Very clean and new feeling. Highly recommend

The workers were nice and when you needed something they were there to help for extra pillows and such. They served some breakfast which was nice and pool and hot tub was wonderful

The manager was wonderfully helpful. Unfortunately, the carpet held a lot of moisture and appeared dirty. The shower controls were difficult to use. It was a great loction to the ferry to Macinac Island.

Check in was very easy. The hotel is clean. Could use the carpet cleaned on the high traffic area. The room was very clean. The only ding I would give the room was the bedding. The blanket had hair all over it and none of it was mine. The coverlette looked cheap, like they used old drapes on the bed. Staff was great. Grounds were well maintained. I loved the gazebo. Able to sit in the gazebo catching any breeze. I would stay there again.
