Avevo chiesto a Hotels.com di cancellare senza penale visto che sono un cliente assiduo e nessuno dell hotel ha risposto alla loro chiamata. Inoltre avevo scelto di pagare la seconda camera in struttura perche era per un altra persona e al mattino mi avevano gia addebitato anche la 2a camera nella mia carta. La struttura è discreta, colazione buona.」
「When I visited this hotel (August 2017), it could be accessible from Gmunden railway station by a combination of a city tram (from the station as far as Franz-Josef-Platz) and a special electric bus (from Josef -Platz to the stop right in front of the hotel). The latter is free of charge for hotel guests, but it is only available after 11:00 a.m. (Note this info is always subject to changes, partly because the renovation of the local transportation network seems now under way.)
