I stayed here with my wife and daughter. The room was a little small and was difficult to fit our luggage and still move around but it was well worth the price! We really enjoyed our stay here!

24-hour reception, safe, but no soundproof walls so you can constantly hear noise including in the evening, a baby shouting all day and night too, they might live there, very dusty room, spider webs and spiders sometimes in room 31, toilet could be cleaner and staff is okay. The director and the lady during the day were kind, but night staff very unpleasant. Housekeeping was proactive. Not everyone speaks English. Distant location, but you can find a couple of restaurants in the evening and a grocery shop during the day.

I booked one night stay at this hotel, but through some glitch of the system the date was wrong. Expedia tried to get my money back or change my booking, but the hotel refused. If I could give nil stars, I would.

Small but cheap

The room was quite small. There's no sink in the toilet/bathroom, which is quite unhygienic. The air-conditioning didn't work because the door hinge obstructs it. We couldn't keep the window open at night because the safety catch was broken, so it meant anyone could have come in. It wasn't too bad for the price. We managed to get a cheap rest, but I wouldn't come back.

Le lit en hauteur n'était pas fait, le matelas du lit double était médiocre, il dépassait aussi du sommier de chaque côté, le sommier bougeait beaucoup. Le sol n'était pas propre, de même pour lavabo et douche, la fenêtre était sale ! Les tables dehors (pour le repas) n'étaient pas propres, et pas nettoyées durant toute la durée du séjour (4 nuits). Les parties communes (escaliers) pas propre non plus. Le petit déjeuner à disposition ne correspond pas à la photo du site (et ne vaut pas son prix : 6,90€), le personnel n'est pas accueillant et toutes les personnes ne donnent pas les mêmes informations au sujet du petit déjeuner, un coup il faut payer la veille et ensuite "non le matin même, c'est très bien" et ensuite on a des réprimandes car la réservation n'a pas été faite. Également, les horaires du petit déjeuner sont trop court (6h / 9h30), de plus le week-end ils ferment plus rapidement car "il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde", donc il n'y a pas de possibilité de se réveiller plus tard. Des personnes parlent fort la nuit, dans les couloirs ou les chambres, je ne sais pas si c'était la clientèle ou le personnel. Une personne était garé sur la place personne à mobilité réduite (PMR) sans carte ! Les réceptionnistes sont beaucoup sur leur téléphone, même lorsque la clientèle est présente. Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un hôtel 2 étoiles, c'est un hôtel sans étoiles...beaucoup de choses sont à revoir ! Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel, je ne peux pas dire que je recommande.

Arrivée sur le lieux en taxi car éloigné du centre ville, nous avons voulu chauffer notre nourriture et le réceptionniste d’hôtel nous apprend que le micro onde est Hs, nous avons dû commander donc payer encore plus cher. L’appareil où on vend des chips, gâteau etc … était aussi Hs , cela avait l’air de ne pas déranger le réceptionniste. Hotel à éviter
