"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. We didn’t pay for breakfast as part of our room rate, but there was a restaurant on...

"The owner, his wife and the staffs are super friendly, helpful and humble. I am not a cat lover but even their cat is welcoming and friendly as a dog, that is amazing. I can no help falling in love with this cute and fat cat. The location is just perfect to go everywhere. The beach, just a few minutes by walking.
The rooms are super clean as 5 stars. As a hostel owner, I would highly recommend Lanta Noblesse."

"Had a very pleasant stay at Ban Por Jai. Everything in the room was great and the location was excellent near the beach and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff, Sata who was working in the evening was very helpful whenever anything needed to be fixed. Will stay here again whenever I return "
