「Wow! From the moment you drive in you’re transported into a tranquil setting. We stayed for one short night (wish we had more time). We had dinner at the mill and a glass of wine and the pub on the property.
The hot tub/sauna area did close at 6pm so we didn’t get to enjoy them. Wish I would have known that.
The staff as super friendly and our rooms were lovely. We stayed in the lily pond room, which felt new. Its was lovely! Would definitely come back if you are looking for a quite tranquil...
「I stayed a few nights and the hotel staff are always friendly and polite. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Quite functional as well. Located a bit far from the nearest tram station. That's not a big problem, though.

「We loved it. It was a great place to stay after traveling. My only con is that we were told we could walk to the hotel from the Red Cow Laus drop-off rail and bus. No, it's across the highway -- impossible to walk it especially near night. So, we had to pay a taxi from the rail line to the hotel twice. But, once we got there, it was nice!」

Staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had an unusual structure which made it sometimes difficult to find out, but this was not a problem.

"It was a terrible room with so much noise of people using facilities well up to 2am when I could finally get some sleep. I then got woken up by the noise at 6.30am. Worn out towels and a broken shower didn’t help either. "
