Nice stay with a friendly and pleasant team. The small, welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The breakfast lady could cheer up a little, though! LOL 😄

I live in Turkey so im used to seeing very different standards of hotels. But I was positively surprised by Alya's staff and friendliness. Welcomed in the best manner, suitcases carried to room, and requested to change room to stay next to my travel partners was met in a very positive manner. The staff was always polite and helpful and I was happy about my junior suite. Spacy and cleaning incl free water tea and coffee everyday. 😊
