「가격대비 정말 좋은 곳인거 같다. 프론트 직원들 대우도 좋았고... 음식도 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 화장실에 나오는 물은 폭포같다. 샤워기가 없고 돌..? 에서 나오는 진짜 폭포처럼 물이 나와 너무 재밌는 경험이었다. 주변에 예쁜 폭포가 많아서 좋다. 근데 식당이 딱히 없어서 숙소 안에서 해결해야 함. 한 가지 아쉬운건 수영장 수질이 좋지 못하다 오래 청소를 안한거럼 뿌옇다... 그래도 깊어서 좋았고 수영하고 나서도 피부에 아무런 문제가 없었음」

「This property is exceptional. We stayed four nights. Great attention to detail. Wonderful gardens. Beautiful accommodation. Food excellent lots of local dishes but also caters for a fussy eater. I liked that when you booked anything they had a price list. 「This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. 「The hotel is about an 8 minuite walk from the center of Ubud. The hotel is very quiet at night which is nice after walking the streets and restaurants and shops in the centre of town. You can relax and the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and cater for all your needs. They use WhatsApp so you can order your breakfast to your room every day and sit on the porch in front of the small pool which we did every morning. The rooms are clean and air conditioned with fresh towels and bedsheets available...

"彼の誕生日お祝いに4泊しました。レストランからの渓谷ビューは圧巻です。お部屋も施設もどこも掃除が行き届いていて、清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ウブドの外れにあるので、敷地外に出ても徒歩で飲食できるような店がないことが残念でした。ホテル内レストランで4日間食べましたが、どれもレベルが高く美味しく、ナシゴレンとトムヤムクンが特に気に入りました。でも、少し飽きました。朝ごはんのフルーツジュースがスイカ以外、フレッシュではなく清涼飲料水レベルの甘い飲み物なのが残念でした。サプライズのキャンドルディナーはロマンチックでとても喜んでもらえました！席に着く時には真っ暗であまり写真が撮れなかったので、もう少し時間が早ければと思いました。 1dayパッケージ申し込みましたが、ランチの件でトラブルがありましたが、WhatsAppで解決しました。WhatsAppでのやり取りはとてもスムーズでした。"

"スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、笑顔でいつも「ok!」と対応してくれます。朝食も豊富で飽きません。ウブド中心地へはシャトルで10分程度。11時のシャトルはいっぱいで予約できない日もあったので、早めに予約するのがオススメです。ただ、部屋の湿度が高く少しカビ臭さもあります。洗濯物は乾かないので、朝換気をした方がいいと思います。"

"小さい子連れでホテルステイを楽しむには最高でした。２歳前の娘は魚や動物達への餌やりをとても楽しんでいました。キッズクラブもあり、飽きません。インフィニティープール目当てで２泊しましたがもっと長くても良かったです。ホテルを楽しむなら２泊は必要かと。ウブドと言うよりキンタマーニに近いので、ウブドの市街地までは遠いです。客層はアジア系のほとんどは韓国の方ですが、フロントのスタッフに日本語堪能な方がいました。高原にあるので朝晩は寒いくらいですが、お湯も安定して出るので熱い湯船につかってシャワーも浴びてと問題なかったです。周りに何もないのでホテルから気軽に外にお買い物や食事には行けませんが、シャトルバスでウブドまで行けます。 "
