"Having just completed my third trip to The Reefs I can honestly say that they have mastered the art of having a perfect resort in Bermuda. Staff were above and beyond nice and helpful. The food menus were refreshed and fantastic. And as always the beach was Five Star the best ever. Unfortunately the costs of travel to Bermuda have skyrocketed so what used to be an annual trip now becomes every other year trip. This was trip # 25. Kudos to the Team at The Reefs ..... you are all Five Star perfectionists !"

The shuttle service to downtown/bus station/ferry in Hamilton was very convenient and utilized daily. The restaurant onsite was upscale and delicious. We highly recommend staying here instead of one of the huge impersonal hotels."
