「Great place to stay, kids loved watching the animals come up to eat and going down by the river. I will say if you younger kids, keep an eye on them, the water is moving fast. Mine are older so didnt have to worry to much. Comfy, clean place with no issues.」

「Great stay」

「Property is well maintained and clean. Beautiful views from the deck of the saint lawrence river. I would deffinatley book there again. The location is only 20 mins or so out of Clayton and about 40 mins from keewaydin park and about 40 mins from Henderson harbor launch.」

「The listing missed mentioning how many stairs there are . I don't do steps well. Otherwise the apartment was very nice. I have never paid that much for housecleaning so that is a negative in my book.」

「Cute, clean getaway. Plenty of sleeping space, and accommodations for cooking/eating. Owner was responsive and helpful. Wifi worked well, even with all 3 kids connected.」

「Cute little cabin. Was perfect for location in 1000 islands」

「We had a great stay overall! The property overall was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool . I would advise to check about bed sizes as on vrbo it is listed that every room had a queen size and they were double. It made for very uncomfortable sleeping for our family.」

「This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. 」

「Great host, very welcoming」

「We loved this house, it was clean and spacious and fit our needs. I loved the kitchen and big dining room. It’s a lovely lake cottage. My only suggestion would be a tv in the master bedroom. Also we do wish the weeds and sumac were trimmed to see the lakefront better. It’s overgrown and you can’t really see the dock or if you have swimmers from the deck. Maybe another umbrella outside too. It’s a perfect spot, just needs a little tlc outside.」

「We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
