"Absolutely disgusting."

"Staff so wonderful with us being deaf, be able to communicate by writing, got us in handicapped room with flashing fire alarm ready for us. The air conditioner not working properly. Lots of condescended water on floor; slippery floor. The microwave door locked, couldn't use unless unplug and back on. The bathroom shower stall doesn't have drape, and all out of toilet papers."

"It’s a nice relatively new hotel. It does seem clean. However, my wife’s feet turned black walking across the floor. The staff is extremely rude and every time you ask them for something it’s a big bother. We asked about a coffee pot they told us they’d sell us one, we asked about plates or somewhere. They said they could sell us some. Why would I buy utensils and appliances for a two day stay. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. "

"The host was welcoming, but the property is in passable condition. The amenities were negligible: two coffee cups for three people, 4 towels for 3 people for intended 5 day stay. No washer/dryer or dish washer. A broken refrigerator. Two seats in living area, no couch to actually watch any TV together. Vagrants in back alley behind bedroom moaning, two nights. The back yard flooded so you couldn’t get out without wading thru 5” of water."

"I left very early because of the noise upstairs. It seems that they accommodate families in welfare, I don't mind, but the noise was too much. I'm not going back to this place."
