"The overall experience was a very clean place, and bad was comfortable .The location is great to experience local food and neighborhood culture and commraderie. The description as an in law apartment is accurate: it is a lower, walkout level. However, some tips that may help, for first timers, like us: there is no hot tub, or stove or oven--it is more of a kitchenette, with hot plate and Keurig maker (two flavored cups were provided); you don't have control of the temperature, as it is in the owners' home upstairs. Also, parking can be limited on the street, and especially be aware of the restrictions of days and times. "

"Very clean and a good location. Quiet neighborhood and the garage was great. We had a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and it fit. Everyone except the driver got out of the van before it parked. It would have been nice to have some additional bedding and throw blankets. The beds did not have top sheets, just a fitted sheet and comforter. The host quickly answered any questions. "

"Amenities were extremely limited, no phone to contact front desk, there werent enough towels in room and unfortunately it was pouring outside i called from cell phone and was told to come to office to pick up towels. The room was very compact bedside lamps didnt work. The only plug in room was in the bathroom everything else was plugged into one extension cord (tv, microwave, fridge, idk what else but no spaces were available. The shower pressure was really low and took a long time to get hot. The bathroom had a skylight but LOTS of spider webs around rhe edges. The bathroom was clean upon entry but mirror had some weird black stuff on the frame. The bed was so comfortable cover was clean as i did inspect to make sure it was clean. The microwave freezer needed to be defrosted it was ice everywhere very dated and the fridge had burn marks on frame upon opening. Room came with a single serve coffee machine didnt use unsure how clean that stuff was. Tv was normal not smart capable but did have cable for local stations. Check in was simple, so was check out. My room was upstairs but the stairs were a little steep not feeling to secure. Overall I just haven't experienced a room of this calibur and i had my kid with me. Its a great deal price wise it served its purpose but, its just wasn't for me unfortunately."
