気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back.
The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall.
Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road.
I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend.
