「Can’t use wifi at all this is so disappointed 」

「The staff were amazing. The options for barbecue. They had a barbecue box for all the accessories all the sources all the things absolutely clean brilliant comfy bifold windows so open to the atmosphere colours highly recommended. And had options options for families with single rooms and option two rooms accommodation」

「Ettalongはとても良い空気の流れるビーチなので、前回もこちらに泊まったのですが、その時はMantraホテル経由で予約をしました。 名前は違うけれど同じサービスだと思って予約をしましたが、チェックインはエレベーターの前に座っていた女性からキーを受け取りました。 隣の部屋が大音量で音楽をかけながらパーティをしていて眠れなかったので、渡された連絡先に電話をしましたが、留守電になるだけで何も対応はしてもらえず・・・。 結局、Mantraホテルの方で対応してもらいました。 何か困ったことがあった時に連絡がつかないというのは問題です。次回はMantra経由で予約をしようと思います。」

「コパカバーナはこじんまりとしていて、観光客もいない落ち着いた雰囲気のビーチです。ビーチまでも歩いてすぐの場所ですので、ロケーションはとても良かったです。 ただ、施設は少し古い感じでデコレーションもされていないので、少し寂しい雰囲気です。 エレベーターが故障していたり、キッチンはあるのに食器があまりなかったり、サービスが行き届いていない感じはありました。」

「Perfect location was a little disappointed that the place wasn’t as new as advertised. Definitely not just been done up. The blind was all ripped and the kitchen cupboards had tape holding them together. Overall great little place because of location.」

「The apartment is ideally located opposite the lake and boatshed. The views are stunning. The roof top penthouse was a treat with the jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The communication between the host was excellent. We had a fabulous 5 night stay and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.」

The property was very spacious with the most pretty ocean view. 「I can't believe this place is only 1.5 hrs from Sydney. Nestled in among the trees is this basic but adequate cabin, well set up for our small family of 4. Living in the inner west of Sydney, for us this weekend was about waking to the sound of birds and waves instead of sirens and traffic, and boy did this accommodation deliver! We had such an amazing time we decided to extend our stay an extra night, which the host was very accommodating with.」

「Reasonable house, needs a bit of work. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit cool even with heaters provided. Upstairs area good with heating. The open fire needs a screen to stop sparks flicking onto floor/rug. Needs a gas bbq for an option to cook outside. Communication with owner was great.」
