It’s not set up for a relaxing poolside day. The waterslide they advertise online has been out of commission for at least a year (we were there last...

"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."
