"Great location near the Metro and across from the park. Staff are super friendly and considerate. Breakfast was adequate except the coffee could be less watery. My main complaint was the smell of the moldy air throughout the hotel — this is a struggle for many hotels in Taipei where it’s just very humid and it’s hard to keep things dry, especially heavy carpeting. "

"It’s a bit far away from Center of Taipei it’s clean, spacious room and bedroom with window but no good view.. the interior design feel stiff more like office than home.. about 10/15 minutes to get to the mrt Helpful and friendly staffs .. helped us to book taxi and restaurant reservations Overall Ok but next visit I will find more home feel hotels.."

"Highlight is the breakfast buffet. The spread was fresh and changed every day. Staff in buffet area very friendly and nice. Location central to everything with MRT station less than one block away. Room was very large and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. Large bathroom as well. Only thing is the hotel feels a little dated. Highly recommend staying here. "

"I think our floor had recently been renovated - everything felt fresh and clean. Bathroom was large with a soaking tub and standing shower area. We could not figure out how to get the shower door to stay closed the first night but after housekeeping came through the door stayed shut! There was a dehumidifier in our room to support the AC. Breakfast buffet was decent - the Taiwanese side was overall stronger than the Western side. The free laundry room was a godsend. Location was relatively convenient, especially steps away from a red line station. Did take some walking or travel to the better night markets and restaurants, but we wanted a quieter location. Very comfortable stay!"
