This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable to stay at. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff, the clean and upscale room quality and the gorgeous hotel grounds, including the pool, spa and beach areas. We would love to stay here again.

The resort is stunning and ocean view room was gorgeous. Food was not great. Had to pay for beach loungers. More shuttles to Tossa De Mer especially at night would be helpful.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the stunning Costa Brava! It’s very aesthetic and chic, which I loved. You can access both coves, Giverola and Pola, directly from the hotel. I personally prefer Pola because it’s less touristy and feels much more natural. They do need to improve the food service, we had half board, and the food was quite basic with not many options available.

Fantastic family friendly hotel

Fantastic family friendly (and dog friendly) hotel. Nice design, newly reformed, friendly staff, lots to do for the kids! A lot of value for money. Nice beach club also! Would come back!

Nice and quiet place to be

The only thing to complain about is the condition of the mini golf court. It's in a bad condition and needs some tlc, especially because you have to pay a fee to use it.

My worst hotel Experience

We booked sea v suite and they gave us the wrong Room , after asking for the right One the argumentation was they were full. Defect safety box took 48 hours to fix and the argumentation was the service Staff arw not here. In Tjek took 60 min since they couldnt find our Pre paid order and was ULTRA confused. All in all a Nice place with the worst organisation i have ever seen . When we asked polite about the 400 difference in the Room value they asked if we wanted a cup of Coffee , and gave a card of the Experience manager which was not there about Any request Regards a hotel.com goldmember
