"Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent."
