The apartment overlooks the communal pool area from the balcony with views out to sea in the distance. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space: Enter through the front door into long corridor, the first door to the left is the family bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet, sink and large vanity unit with mirror and storage space. As you continue down the hallway you have succession the master bedroom and twin bedroom. The master has a double bed, bedside cabinets, and built in wardrobes. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds , a shared bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. At the end of the hallway is the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen is to the left and has a Kettle,hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and a cabinet that houses the television. This property has both English and Spanish television. The Living room has air-conditioning only. From the living room, you access the balcony; there you will find a 4 person dining table perfect for dinning al fresco. The communal pool is in the centre of the community and surrounded by hedges and greenery. The pool has a separate kid’s pool and static umbrellas for lounging under.
Guest Access: The apartment is located in a gated community and there are stairs up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood: The Property has 2 beaches one either side .Playa de los Locos beach in Torrevieja is a ten minute walk away and from there you are situated within an easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops and Playa Cabo Cervezeria in La Mata is a 6 minute drive away , where there is a Chiringuito and volleyball court. The nearest supermarket Consum is a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around: We recommend a car to get out and about and make the most of your stay.
