Accommodation downtown Torrvieja

The location was perfect, parking with a car was a bit difficult but was not a problem. The kitchen was very dirty (refrigerator full with old stuff, coffee machine with old coffee, microwave with chocolate milk....we had to clean the accommodation. after cleaning it was perfect! Suggest that after change of guests apartment needs to be better cleaned.

je tiens à remercier en particulier les personnes qui ont été chargé de la transmission des clés des gens formidables et aussi remercier MOHAMED j'ai apprécié mon séjour un appartement très agréable vue sur la piscine pour surveiller les enfants aussi pas besoin de circuler en voiture tt est à proximité belle ballade le soir et une ville trés animée je vous la recommende vous serez pas décu merci

Dirty and poorly equipped.Look elsewhere.

Ok, things wrong that we found with the property. The lady with the key was very late bringing it and letting us in, I know she said she was there on time but she eventually arrived at around 1.20 pm. The property had not been swept and there were pots on the draining board and food stuff in the kitchen sink plug hole.Communal washing equipment in the bathroom, bar of soap covered in hairs...towels that were like sand paper.We could not find a kettle to wash things up properly as the water heater did not heat or fill properly, limiting the amount of hot water for showering, there was only enough for one decent shower and as there are 2 of us we had to keep turning the shower off while in the shower to save hot water. There was an old t.v wall mount in the room with 2 single beds that was sticking out and had the potential to injure you if you did not avoid it. The only mirror in the property is the one in the bathroom, you need another in each room,on the backs of the doors maybe? There was a lack of storage space in the main bedroom, a chest of drawers would be advised. Bed sheets, we needed to make the bed when we arrived.We found a bag of assorted bed sheets which were dirty with stains of all descriptions on them from blood to "brown stuff"... and there was no signal to the t.v, I could not get a picture on any channel and no wi-fi.Whoever you are paying to look after/prepare this property needs to be told to amend these things.We have stayed at 2 other apartments in the same block in the past,both have been very clean and tidy and everything in working order,and far cheaper than this one. We left it far cleaner than it was when we arrived !! Would we stay there again? Deffinately not.

Chaleur et soleil au rendez-vous, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes. Toutes commodités à proximité (nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture durant les 2 semaines). Eaux de mer et de piscine chaudes. Bord de plage animé en soirée. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille. Propriétaire très disponible et très chaleureux.
