"I loved it here. It was in easy reach of the supermarket and pubs. The buses were regular. I couldn't get onto the apartments wifi, but i think thats because i'm not that savvy! My host Christian, communicated well even though i don't speak spanish, he spoke better english than my spanish! Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host, Marta was excellent and met us at check in, she was kind, helpful and took time to respond to questions about the area and give recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Location is fantastic right by restaurants and beach. We loved the pool! We had everything we needed to have a lovely month in Spain. "

"The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication from the onset. We booked transfers with Len and again it was just perfect. The only criticism was the no sunbed rule around the pool, I have NEVER come across this before which resulted in traipsing dripping bodies back to your apartment to dry off. Good bus service with the bus stop outside the gates. A car is highly recommended. "

"I rented it. Paid up front. Expected a charge for cleaning even though i call that PURE THEFT. But i was taken aback when the eye watering €65 was demanded within 120 seconds of entering the place. As i said to the hostess, "you are demanding cleaning money from me and i haven't even used the toilet". I found this one single event very annoying and callous. "The apartment is in La Mata, a suburb of Torrevieja north of the city along the coast The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with sea views (about 200m away). There is a balcony which gets the sun all morning till mid-afternoon; a nice spot to relax. It sleeps 3 - one bedroom with double bed, and sofabed in the living room.
