Precisa melhorar

O quarto é razoável, pois a cama estava com problema, a roupa de cama e as toalhas precisam ser melhor higienizadas. O café da manhã tem poucas opções. A internet não funciona bem, caí com muita freqüência. Gostamos da piscina.

Funcionários simpáticos e educados. Check-in e check-out ágil. Acabamento da limpeza no quarto e roupa de cama poderiam ser melhores. Ao entrar no quarto senti um odor extremamente desagradável, visualmente no quatro e banheiro não tinha nada que justificasse o forte odor, não sei se vinha de fora, ou de algum ralo. Ar condicionado precisa de manutenção, quando necessário tive um pouco de dificuldade para ligar e desligar. Frigobar gela bem. Café da manhã simples, mas bem feito, bem preparado, fiquei satisfeita. Em um geral achei caro, pela falta de acabamento na limpeza, odor que senti, qualidade da cama/colchão.

Decepcionante

Já havia lido algumas avaliações ruins, mas como foi o único hotel que ainda tinha vaga, fomos de qqr forma. Atendentes que mal falavam, tínhamos que ficar perguntando as coisas, pq não davam nenhuma informação e nem boas vindas. Quarto bem simples (isso já era o esperado!) mas com sinais de infiltração nas paredes. Toalhas manchadas. Banheiro sujo, principalmente o box. Tinha uma "fita isolante" em volta do registro do chuveiro. Chuveiro sem pressão nenhuma, pra quem tem cabelo comprido praticamente impossibilita a lavagem. Tínhamos esperança que o café da manhã fosse bom, devido algumas avaliações positivas. Mas decepcionou também... Pães secos, uns pedaços de pizza aparentando serem velhos, pães de alho também com aparência de velhos, talheres sem nenhum padrão, bagunçados e aparentando estarem sujos. Colher do açucareiro totalmente inutilizada por colocarem no café e depois de volta no açucareiro. Tinha cereal mas não tinha opção de leite frio, apenas quente. A única coisa que estava bem apresentável era um bolo de chocolate, que até estava bom, mas um pouco seco. Pra quem precisa apenas de um local para dormir, ok. Mas pelo preço, não vale a pena.

Camas confortáveis e limpas, porém o box do banheiro estava completamente sujo e o café da manhã possuía poucas variedades, além de ter que escolher os pratos, devido a boa parte também estarem sujos.
