"Estuvimos fin de semana del 8-10 junio 2012, un grupo de 12 personas, 3 eran niños. El jardin genial para los niños para jugar.La casa amplia para estar tanta gente. En un pueblo grande, bonito y cercano a otros pueblos de mucho interes. En general un fin de semana estupendo.Nos sentiamos como en casa. Una gentileza de los dueños, el tener en la nevera bebidas cuando llegamos y el desayuno del 1º dia, ademas de periodicos para los 2 dias. Muchas gracias Angel"

From help with booking buses, arriving just in time to take our suitcases in the car rather than us pulling them up the hill, to kindly driving us to the supermarket, our host Alicia could not have been kinder. The house was absolutely perfect for the 10 of us: 5 mums and 5 teenage girls. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable and the aircon wonderful! "Hemos estado un fin de semana y muy bien. Veronica muy amable y buena anfitriona. La casa nueva, con juegos para niños, y muy bien equipada. La piscina climatiza una maravilla!!! Realmente era climatizada y podías estar en ella de día y de noche. No estaba junto a la casa, pero muy cerca. El pueblo tranquilo y gente amable. Para repetir!!!"

"Relación calidad precio muy buena, casa amplia con grandes estancias y baños en casi todas las habitaciones. Encontramos filetes congelados y botellas de agua a medias en la nevera, y la sala común con sofá estaba en obras (mala suerte), por lo demás todo correcto. Tiene en la misma calle bar y tienda de ultramarinos. Recomiendo 100%"

"Que buen fin de semana, la casa es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. Los dueños fueron muy amables desde el principio, nos dieron un detalle para nuestros perretes y para nosotros unos detalles gastronómicos de la zona que los disfrutamos mucho. La terraza , el jardín , la barbacoa…es lo que buscábamos y es lo que encontramos, la casa esta a tan solo 15 minutos en coche del centro de Burgos. Si volvemos por la zona seguramente repetiremos con ellos."

"Absolutely wonderful! This beautiful property has been seen many times from the main road & we decided to stay one night on our way back to the north of Spain. Excellent under hotel parking which is very secure. The staff were all very welcoming even before we checked in. At Reception we were welcomed & checked in by a delightful charming Man who obviously loves this place. What a place this Palace is. Large & rambling, comfortable & welcoming. We had been informed that it was Fiesta time in Lerma. It did not deter us from a wonderful wander around this beautiful town filled with lovely, smiley people who just made the place so vibrant & charming. Dinner was taken in the Parador, as always food fantastic. Dining Hall very atmospheric & just a joy to see. Staff very attentive to my dietary needs with nothing too much trouble. Music at 5am was not ideal but the Hotel had placed us in a suite at the back in an attempt to mitigate the problem. Breakfast brilliant as always. We fell in love with Lerma & this beautiful Parador with its fantastic staff. Look forward to returning on our next trip. A huge thank you to all staff for their welcome."

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The position of the house in beautiful Lerma was perfect. Easy walking distance to the bus station and supermarket. The municipal pool was fantastic and only 10 minutes walk away. The village square with its bars and restaurants were only a stones throw from this beautiful house. The food and cocktails were delicious and not expensive at all. We will absolutely be back to this beautiful spot in the world. Thank you Alicia for an unforgettable week xx"
