"It was one of my favorite hotels except for the lunch staff; the service was very poor, they had unpleasant manners, and were unfriendly. One of the waiters was empathetic, friendly, and helpful, but the rest were extremely unpleasant. The people at the front desk were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean. "

"The accommodations were fabulous, and the room was very clean. We arrived late at night and appreciated knowing there was a security guard on site. Having our vehicle looked after overnight was definitely a plus. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast, and it was excellent. It offered a wide variety of options including made-to-order eggs and omelets, Belgian waffles, traditional Mexican dishes such as potatoes, beans, and flour gorditas, along with coffee, juice, fruit, vegetables, and yogurt. It was much more than a continental breakfast, more like a small mini-buffet with just the right amount of variety. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip."

"This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter. "
