"Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . "We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden."

"We had a wonderful stay it was a family reunion. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend time together. The villa had breathtaking views .The pool was a joy for both adults and kids . The beach across the road was wonderful. "We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. "The place is exactly what the pictures and descriptions. This said it is complicated to explain how special the view and nature that is available to you. It is outside of town and thus very quiet which we were looking for. For the rest, the hosts are super nice and helpful so that we could make the most of our stay. "

"If you have ever had a thought about where you might be when the world is getting ever more complicated this might be it. Early morning swims, beautiful sunsets and restaurants near by when you don't want to cook. It's got everything you need. We loved it.Things I hope the host can improve on ( i would happily stay again though)5pm is late for a check in, The sofas are really beds with cushions on, and a note to all hosts, take a shower, cook a meal spend a night. You will soon know what works...
