"This place was great! Near to everything and super comfortable. Our host Franzi was amazing!"

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. "Great Accommodations in the heart of Lecce. Walking distance to Old Town. Hosts Alessandra and Alessandro have great suggestions for day trips...take them! Felt like family the entire time there. We had the entire place to ourselves but could be crowded if all rooms full!"

"Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden."

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. "Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."

"We liked it alot since it matched our needs. Good combination to visit restaurants and cook you orwn food. We bought local meet and vegetable's and used the grill thats included. The pool was nice to cool down in during the hot hours, and it was cleaned once a week, the water feelt fresh to swim in. Host was easy to reach and very service minded, but we didnt have any issusses during our stay."

"So our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it."

Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. "Amazing. Just outside historic district which was walkable within 10 minutes. We were welcomed like the most valued guests ever. The staff called to see if taxi could pick us up at the train station! Suites reslly. Outstanding breakfast where Fabbiana took great carevof us. Fresh cappucino, fruits, breads & eggs to order! Rooftop hot tub was lovely. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone teaveling to Lecce. New hotel inside of an old facade "

"Loved everything about this hotel and would 100% recommend! We stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was a perfect little haven in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit Gallipoli and Lecce (34 min drive). The hotel had everything you could want and more, from modern and clean rooms, to an amazing pool! We ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel and were not disappointed. It's a great stay if you want to relax in Puglia but also be able to visit nearby locations. "
