ヴィラを囲む庭園から、石造りの階段を通って海に直接アクセスできます。海は快適な崖のための場所です。 無料または設備の整ったビーチへは、簡単な道で徒歩で行くことができます。

Nice house with excellent view

We really enjoyed the tranquility of the house! The view is breathtaking…Even though the house is already older, you got everything u need (enough sunbeds, umbrellas, grill, well equipped kitchen etc).The terrace and cosy chill out places with a lot of pillows are also a big advantage including the big table for great dinners and grill evenings under the pergola. Maybe just a vacuum cleaner would be very helpful By the way keep in mind that a car is absolutely necessary to get along…The big plus is the absolutely friendly host Simona who is always responsive and there for u when u need her!

Wonderful view

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très agréable. La vue est magnifique, on descend des marches et on peut se baigner dans une eau chaude et transparente. Le bonheur !

Peaceful ocean retreat

Villa Gilda is a perfect place for a large group to get away from it all. The house is spacious and beautiful. Light and bright, one can have many choices of places to relax. Our favorite place was that wonderful round table outside where we ate and talked and laughed every evening. One caution: Steps! Lots and lots of steps into the house and down to the sea. Not for an older or weaker person. Easy access to groceries. The sea at the bottom of the steps is very big rocks so no beach there but the small sandy beach is not far and walkable. That view is irresistible. Villa Gilda was heaven for us.

Wundervolle Villa

Wunderschöne, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtete Villa mit direktem Meerzugang. Das Haus verfügt über 5 DZ: Alle Zimmer sind landestypisch eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Zimmer verfügen über Balkon oder Terrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, die anderen Zimmer teilen sich die anderen zwei Bäder. Neben dem spektakulären Blick auf die Bucht, kann die Villa auch mit einem sehr großen mediterran eingerichteten Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin punkten. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und einem großem Kühlschrank. Die Villa liegt in einen sehr gepflegten Garten und verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen, ein gemauerter Grill ist auch vorhanden. Es besteht eine Parkmöglichkeit für bis zu 5 kleinen Autos. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das einzigste Manko ist die ungeteerte, steinige Zufahrtsstrasse und der felsige Zugang zum Meer. Die Ferienvilla ist auch für mehrere Erwachsene ( Pärchen )sehr zu empfehlen!

Très bien, vue merveilleuse

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. La villa était très agréable avec une vue merveilleuse. Nous avons fortement appréciés l’accès privé à la crique en contrebas! Cependant, la cuisine manquait fortement d’équipements, nous aurions appréciés avoir le minimum de fourniture ( condiments, matériel de nettoyage) pour ne pas avoir à tout acheter pour quelques jours. Une voiture est absolument nécessaire si vous y séjournez! La supérette n’est pas à côté, et Torre Del Stelle est très loins de Cagliari en transports! Simona était très disponible par message et nous a fortement accompagné pendant notre séjour

Abbiamo trascorso una gradevole vacanza in questa bella casa, arredata con gusto, con spazi generosi e una vista spettacolare! Il terrazzo, dove si puo fare collazione , prendere l'aperitivo, o semplicemente guardare il mare e' stato per noi il cuore della casa. La scalinata che porta dal parcheggio alla casa e' un po impegnativa , e' l'unico piccolo problema se ci sono persone anziane. Si possono raggiungere facilmente (in macchina ovviamente) delle bellissime spiagge . Simona , la proprietaria, e' una persona molto gentile che ci ha datto preziosi consigli sui posti dove andare a mangiare o spiagge da visitare. L'unico piccolo

Charmante Villa direkt am Meer

Wunderbare Lage mit geschützter Pergola, die zum lauschigen Dinieren einlädt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche bestens ausgerüstet. Im Umkreis von 30 Autominuten lassen sich zahlreiche, traumhafte Strände besuchen. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Grazie Simona

Haus am Meer mit Strand 5 min zu Fuss entfernt

Schönes Haus mit Platz zum Essen direkt am Meer. Wunderbare Lage mit einen Weg über die Felsen zu einem guten Strand. Das Haus ist augerüstet zum selber kochen und hat auch eine gute Waschmaschine. Die Besitzerin reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Internet funtioniert gut. Das Feriendorf Torre delle Stelle hat ein Paar Supermarket und Restaurants, zum Empfehlen ist der Restaurant Aquarium mit perfekten Pizzas und Salate und oben auf dem Berg einen Agriturismo Sa Guardia mit fantastischem Essen und einzigartiger Aussicht . Der einzige Nachteil am Haus ist dass es im Haus sehr warm wird, auch Nachts. Wir hatten die Fenster offen aber dann kamen leider die Mücken.

paradise on the rocks

This house is a dream for a group or family that wants to spend time together: the outdoor patios and dining areas (with BBQ) are very spacious and breezy, and the indoor spaces are very comfortable. The views out over the sea are spectacular! We spent all our time on the rocks below the house, even with kids, and you can either swim or walk to a beautiful sandy beach too. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave! The house has no beach equipment to speak of, and doesn't provide beach towels, so you need to bring your own. The kitchen is well equipped for cooks, and there are plenty of plates and glasses etc but some of the electrical goods are rather on the old side. All in all, though, we had an extremely pleasant stay!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft von Simona wird auf den Bilder sehr genau dargestellt. Wir waren mit zwei Familien Vorort und es war alles top. Der Kontakt mit Simona war auch sehr angenehm. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen und auch ein weiteres mal buchen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.
