"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. "Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."
