"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

"The apartment was great, due to being a ground floor apartment they need to focus on the mustiness and either let people know if it’s dog friendly or cigarette friendly!! Jo was super good if there was an issue apart from the Wi-Fi was not great!!!!! Basics need to be looked at like a bottle opener, bought one and left it for the next occupants, all in all would stay there again."

"The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean and easily accommodates a group or large family. We briefly met the owners when we arrived who were very helpful. The location of the house is a few minutes walk downhill to Torquay centre with a number of pubs and restaurants to choose from. We were a group of friends who stayed here for a weekend and we would stay again."

"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
